By purchasing a subscription or credits, you agree that:

• Billing is processed through our authorized payment provider
• Subscription fees and credit prices are displayed before purchase
• You are responsible for providing accurate billing information
• Failure to complete payment may result in suspension or limitation of your access to paid features

Unless otherwise stated, purchased credits are non-transferable and may only be used with your account.

You agree not to use Scrapingdude to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Access or attempt to access accounts or systems without authorization
• Distribute malware or malicious software
• Disrupt, overload, or interfere with the Services
• Circumvent security or authentication mechanisms
• Engage in fraudulent or abusive activities

We reserve the right to investigate suspected misuse and take appropriate action when necessary.

Scrapingdude and its website, APIs, software, branding, logos, documentation, and related content are the property of Scrapingdude or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

These Terms do not grant you ownership of any part of the Services.

You retain ownership of any content or data you submit through your account.

By using the Services, you grant Scrapingdude the limited rights necessary to process that information solely for the purpose of providing and maintaining the Services.

We strive to provide reliable and uninterrupted access to our Services. However, we do not guarantee that the Services will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or free from delays.

Maintenance, updates, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control may temporarily affect service availability.

You may stop using the Services and close your account at any time.

Termination of your account does not relieve you of any outstanding payment obligations.

We do not guarantee that the Services will meet every user's requirements or operate without interruption.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Scrapingdude shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or relating to your use of the Services.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to Scrapingdude during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, where permitted by applicable law.

We may modify, improve, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the Services at any time.

We may also introduce new features, subscription plans, pricing, or usage limits as the platform evolves.

We may revise these Terms from time to time.

When material changes are made, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will be updated. Continued use of the Services after the updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which Scrapingdude operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
